There is a tool in the Tools Section called a bitrate calculator which will give you the final size.

I've got Tmpgenc 2.511.51.160 (!) and I cannot see this tool
I continue to search for ...JulienB -
The Tools Section of this website, on the left hand column, over there <-<-<-
"Art is making something out of nothing and selling it." - Frank Zappa -
Honest mistake
In the end thou file size is determined by bitrate and source runtime. The resolution, size of the source, motion search setting, etc. have ZERO effect on file size.
File size = bitrate (kbit/s) * runtime (sec)
That's the total size in kbit (divide by 8 to get size in kb). If you are using the VCD template then 1min = 10MB. As you can burn 800MB (in theory) to an 80min CDR that works out to... 80min!
